I would agree with that. Along with a good mid sized tractor for grading work and maintaining roads you can do a lot.

A backhoe is the single most versatile piece of land maintenance equipment ever made. No doubt.
It is the Swiss army knife of dirt workers. But Mr. Burr specifically said he had several acres of land clearing and a pond to build. Juuussst a bit outside, for the beloved backhoe. I mean we hate to admit they can't do something, but then there's reality.
