. If I had to get down to a single piece it would be a rubber tired backhoe. It is the most versatile piece of equipment made. It’ll never do what a dozer does but I can’t think of anything it won’t do. Also don’t have to worry about hauling it. Less than 20 miles just drive it.
I would agree with that. Along with a good mid sized tractor for grading work and maintaining roads you can do a lot.

It is the Swiss army knife of dirt workers. But Mr. Burr specifically said he had several acres of land clearing and a pond to build. Juuussst a bit outside, for the beloved backhoe. I mean we hate to admit they can't do something, but then there's reality.
