Brad, your post are indeed full of adjectives and actions that show your contempt and disdain. First is saying their property is a “nasty mess”. For the love of God, its his property. I’d say you are on the verge of a narcissistic fit.
If your five emotional responses and motivations stem from Envy, Anger, Fear, Inferiority, and Superiority then you might wanna seek help brother.
