Seen on TV awhile back where pregnant women plan trips to US and have their baby while here to gain citizenship. It's a business and must be stopped.
Several countries have folks here to facilitate this . They have housing and doctors lined up , it's a racket that costs us all. I think Russia and China are the chief violators . Well, due to the warped interpretation of amendment #14 I guess they are not violating anything.
