4wd with a loader if for not anything other than the heavier built front end. My dad had a 2 wheel drive tractor with a loader and it was constantly an ordeal with front spindles breaking due to the weight and the bouncing caused from the added weight and leverage of the bucket.
Anything worth doing, is worth doing right, or it's not worth doing at all!
