In my experience.....and i wudnt doin farm stuff, which im sure a 2wd would be fine....i wouldnt have a 2wd tractor...i wouldnt have a 2wd anything....unless i was putting a diff lock on my huffy.

Tractors are too light today you will need 4wd to dig,load etc with a bucket. I would also fill the rear tires with a water/antifreeze mix for added weight


Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

I rarely need 4x4 on a backhoe at work, we develop land and get in some hairy situations. Im not sayin i have to use 4wd or buckets to self pull or push but if i get stuck in 2wd on a tractor then i dont have any business being in that spot in the first place. Its just up to you
