bigcountry, look at the website ( www.vgagolf.org) I know NC has a Chapter..... and you can play in any state, any event as long as you are a member and register through the website. I don't think I have heard of fallen outdoors, but I have a good friend in South Alabama that hosts hunts for disabled individuals and he is in a wheelchair himself... So, I do support them as I can..
