Google Earth Pro and use their time/date toggle feature to show the landscape during the season you want.

Yep, use the slider to find winter aerials.

Google Earth does work on a phone. Or are you talking about the time/date toggle?

with google earth pro, you can zoom to your area of interest and save that as a jpg to your hard drive and email it to yourself to get it on your phone (so you can zoom in and out and pan around without having to have a cell signal). you'll have to play with the resolution to get the best mix of size vs pixilation that suits your need. higher resolution = less pixilation, but bigger file size and some email systems have a set limit on attachment size.
