While bush hogging or clearing land. I've seen some strange things for sure but the other day I saw a really strange one. I was clearing out a shooting lane with a skid steer and paused while pushing a pile of trees off to the side. Looked down and saw a baby bird perched on a vine looking at me. Thing didn't even look real. I had a little compassion for what was about to happen to it but wasn't much I could do for it. Just looked weird. What's the strangest thing you have seen while doing something of this sort?

I was pushing up a privet hedgerow on a D4 back in 2000. Had some old concrete dairy feed troughs in it. I went to push them up and kinda flipped one up. They're kinda concaved underneath. When I flipped it was a bed of cottonmouths up under it. Snakes went everywhere. It was an open cab dozier and I hauled butt in reverse fast as I could. Felt like I was gonna get bit from all directions.

Dang right. Everything I ran growing up no cab. Now I won't get on one without. Got my fill of the dirt dust and bees early in life

Years ago I was raking hay and ran over a huge cotton mouth in the middle of the field. There is a small stream a couple hundred yards from the field, but I’m pretty sure it dries up. Its the only cotton mouth I’ve ever seen on the mountain. Seemed wierd it was out in the middle of a hay field.

About 2010-2011 hunting a Mellow Valley farm in Clay County. Sat down behind a fallen tree to watch a big creek bottom. Soon as i sat down the biggest cottonmouth Ive ever seen came out at about 75mph headed down the hill. It was January and about 30• outside.

My FinL told me a story about seeing a little water snake when duck hunting. The lake was frozen on the backwater.

It's common for coyotes to follow me on a tractor when Bush hogging or cutting hay. They are catching mice. The best sight are the Kites catching bugs when I'm cutting. Beautiful and fast bird. They put on a show.

I once walked into a nice Buffet place, and there sat Rosie O'donnell eating a salad.
Freaked me the eff out!

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Walked up on a group of Guatemalens having a voodoo ceremony on my hunting property. Thought I had seen everything up until then

Freaked me the eff out! Bet you gave her a Natti and carried her home.

I ran over a huge snapping turtle while cutting hay in the field in front of my parents house many years ago. Had to be at least 1000 yards from any body of water. A couple years later I ran over a skunk in nearly the same exact spot.
I had 2 lesbians walk in on me while hunting in Troy. The truck I was driving looked just like their other girlfriends truck. I had parked at the road and walked in to a close stand. I hunkered down best I could but they still spotted me.

Went at lunch at Perlis Truck Stop in Cusseta AL around 95-96 and saw Webster..”Emmanuel Lewis”. After lunch him and whoever he was with went out got in an suv. We were actually parked next to him and walked out right after. He was sitting on phonebooks to see over the wheel.
At first I swear I thought that was Stevo “trutalker”. Looks identical.

It's common for coyotes to follow me on a tractor when Bush hogging or cutting hay. They are catching mice. X2 I've seen that countless times. We hear them during the season - but rarely see them. However, when we are bushhogging - we see them out the wazoo on the edge of the fields.

Sometime back around 18 years or so Me, my Dad and a buddy of his were heading to hunt Nat Mountain. We were driving down HWY 72 when we started seeing lights streaking across the sky. It was some kind of meteor shower. There were thousands if not millions of them of them and they lasted all the way up until daylight. We pulled over on the highway to watch them for a little while before heading on to hunt. I remember climbing into my stand and just staring at the sky for an hour so before daylight just thinking that it was only a matter of time until a space rock come flying into the woods.
