Gun Control does this mean the NRA can get money from them. They might want to ask Dick's how this stance is going.

Hey Gomer, are you sure you aren't boycotting them because you got a stinky pair of jeans? or were those from Old Navy or something LOL the stinky britches were from Old Navy. Oddly enough, once I got the smell of gasoline and formaldehyde out of then, they became my favorite jeans I've had. Been trying to find more, but they jacked the price up from $20/ea to $40.....little too rich for my blood.

Guys the MOST IMPORTANT thing to read in this whole thing is this phrase:
Mr. Bergh said the company is stepping up its gun-control activism in three areas: First, by creating the Safer Tomorrow Fund, which will direct more than $1 million in philanthropic grants to boosting gun-control groups; Second, by partnering with Everytown for Gun Safety and Michael Bloomberg[u] to form Everytown Business Leaders for Gun Safety;[
TO FORM "Everytown Business Leaders for Gun Safety". MEANING this is just the beginning!
So unless you make your displeasure KNOWN NOW, and VOCALLY..like the left..you better dam well count of a whole bunch more companies caving to the small vocal MINORITY of dems lobbying them.
Its real simple..THE SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL..and the dems are squeaking.
Address it NOW before it gets momentum. Takes 5 minutes of your time to either call or email them....and dont buy their dang stuff! I mean..you CANT DO WITHOUT IT?
Or.... you can just DO NOTHING..which is what theyre hoping.
These people plain and simply WANT YOUR GUNS.
They make NO BONES about it. Go look them up.

Got to looking up Wrangler, and just so everyone doesn’t think they’re all Dale Sr and Rodeos, their parent company also runs Vans and The North Face out of SF Bay Area and Timberlands out of New Hampshire. I can predict their political leanings.
Like I said, you can probably find a reason to ban anything

Somebody research Liberty Overalls and tell me if I can keep wearing them.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Heh. Since you're the one that started this thread....I figured you did care. It was more because the ALDeer Boycott List has become a running joke..........If we all researched every company with whom we spend our money and we truly boycotted every company with differing beliefs, we'd all be hardcore Amish in homemade clothes, riding in horse & buggy. I have no illusions that any major company out there gives a chit about me or my political/social/religious beliefs, or that they have their own that, more than likely, contradict my own. As long as they don't beat me over the head about it, it is what it is. When they get to the point where they're over-the-top outspoken or critical about it, or they take steps that become inconvenient and/or expensive for me, then I'll go elsewhere.

The corporations only care about one thing - MONEY!! The left wing has realized this for a long time and has used fear and intimidation to force companies to acquiesce to their agendas. The conservatives, as usual, sit back and do nothing and allow this to happen with their apathy and lack of conviction in their own beliefs. They say "it really doesn't affect me" or "what difference does it make if I choose to stand for my beliefs and not buy their products". Apathy, plain and simple will not have an effect, but spreading the word and getting others to follow WILL have an effect. Hit the corporations on the balance sheet, it's the only thing they truly understand or believe.

Somebody research Liberty Overalls and tell me if I can keep wearing them. it appears,... Liberty Overalls (founded in 1912), was bought by Walls (founded in 1938 in Dallas). You were okay at that point. Then in 2013, they were purchased by Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing, LLC. Still okay, good company based in Fort Worth Texas. But then in 2017, the VF Corporation, (as stated above owns Wrangler, North Face, Vans skateboarding shoes, Jansport, Reef, Timberland, etc) bought them for $820M cash. Now you might be trending on being a liberal democrat supporter when you slide into your Liberty overalls
