Sams club caters to restaurants. My local Sams carries mostly USDA Prime. In fact, it is the only local option for Prime briskets and tenderloin Filets.

If I'm reading the prices correctly on those packaged steaks, I'm even prouder of the beef here at the house.

I wouldn't touch meat at Walmart. But we used sams in our restaurant. They have a meat department that can cut what ever you want. The one in Florence had a guy that was great but I haven't bought any meat in a while from them.

We quit buying walmart meat when we bought a pack of hamburger meat there that wouldnt turn brown. We didnt eat it and it stayed in our fridge for weeks, looked just like when we bought it. Theres something wrong with that.

When I used to work at WM, they got all their meat from IBP and it was all hand cut. Their perpetual fear of lawsuits forced them into getting it all sent in already cut and packaged.

True^^^ I just had one of those ribeyes last night. Their ribeyes and fillet mignons are some of the better steaks I have ever purchased at a grocery type store. Don't know about Walmart meats. I think the onlything I have ever purchsed there is hamburger, sausage and chicken.

3.5 pounds isn’t a steak, that is a roast.

Just an appetizer for James.
He cooked all of them plus two racks of ribs last night.
And the kids weren't even home.

I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.
