What was wrong with the way we used to do it?? There was actually a point in time when our biggest issue was that we thought some areas were getting WAY too overpopulated….. Did we really need to reinvent the wheel on this one?? Why can’t we go back to 80’s style management where does were limited and nobody has to report anything. Wasn’t that working pretty well for the most part?
