just like the Feds do on migratory birds. Fill out a quick survey when you get a new HIP sticker. I wouldn't worry about lifetime license holders, youts , and landowners as they ought to be able to figure that out. We, the GWs, offered this plan many years ago and it went in the circular file as too expensive. WTF????? 👆this👆 Screw tags. I figure that at some point aldcnr will regulate me to the point that I quit hunting or join the rule breakers. Reducing the buck limit or tags is the line in the sand for me.
