just like the Feds do on migratory birds. Fill out a quick survey when you get a new HIP sticker. I wouldn't worry about lifetime license holders, youts , and landowners as they ought to be able to figure that out. We, the GWs, offered this plan many years ago and it went in the circular file as too expensive. WTF????? This is a good plan. But I only see it it working if we drastically increase the fine for hunting without a license. Do you know the fine for not filling out GC? I will look it up but seems like I remember it being like $20. Edit: $50 fine Court costs are easily an additional 200$. Not exactly sure for this charge. It said $50 fine and $50 court cost. Isn't there something about court cost can't exceed fine on game laws? Edit again: Court cost can't exceed fine.
