Worked in EMS as a Paramedic for 11 years but got really burned out and now work in a paper mill. I went inactive with my license because of the silly rule you have to work for an ambulance service to keep them but I'm getting them back, it will get me more money in my current job while on the Emergency Response Team at the mill. I love EMS but some of the ambulance services around here are a joke. I love my job and will retire there.
