I have one with the electronic keypad, but it also came with a KEY that you can use if this happens.
Did yours not come with a key too? Is there a place for a key if you slide the electronic keypad off?
Don't come with key no more.
This, harder and harder to find safe with key lock, or dial lock. Many companies only offer electronic keypad.
