He has good Q, I have never eaten @ Jim's, I don't get down that way much, I will have to make a point of it, I noticed they had Tin Top on the list, the problem with them these day's is that the ribs may be good one day and crappy the next, I don't eat pulled pork much at all, I can say when they get the ribs right they can't be beat imo....
