Crenshaw county Bush's in Rutledge is definitely good. Don't know what else there is in Crenshaw county but they are good. Tasty ribs. It was a big improvement over the Hooks bbq place that used to occupy that same space. I just can't believe that there isn't another bbq place in the county that is better. I really like the food but am shocked it gets the top spot.
The list is loading slow on my iPad so I can't get past Crenshaw county.
Ok I finally got down to Geneva and have no idea where Kelly's bbq is. That's just across the state line from me and I've never seen it. Probably bad given my Geneva county past experiences with "bbq". Do all my shopping in Geneva. Lord knows I've driven all around Geneva and Samson looking for a good bbq place and never found one. There is one place in Samson called Crews bbq and grill. Place had bbq on the name and I walked in and there was no bbq. The waitress stared at me like I was looney for asking for ribs at a restaurant with bbq on the sign. I remember ordering something because I was hungry and it was bad. This Crews was a restaurant but definitely not a bbq place. Probably put bbq on the sign to attract business but no bbq and terrible food. In fact I remember getting sick from their bad food.
