Jackson Co. Mud Creek , nope Tate's is better.
When the old generation ran and cooked at Mud Creek it was as good if not better than anything in the South , now it's just another BBQ joint. They now cook on a huge pellet smoker and the sauce is different. It's just OK now, IMO. They used to cook it old school on a big pit using hickory.
