Tacoma is ok if you are traveling mostly alone. I have an '08 Tundra Crewmax with 200K miles and a '14 F150 Crewcab ecoboost with 50K miles. The Tundra still looks and runs like new. The F150 runs rough and the aluminum body is not holding up. Tailgate is flimsy. Ecoboost has not worked right from day one. Tundra wins hands down. You're Fake News! Ford didn't go to aluminum bodies until 2015....I have heard a lot of EcoBoost owners mention rough idling....my 5.0 is smooth as silk. EDIT...I'll admit the one thing I dislike on my F150 is the tailgate latch. And the schitty tailgate latch seems to be the norm for Ford.
