I like his early stuff. A1A and Changes in Latitudes are two pretty great albums. I, however, do not understand the fervent following he has. I've got a friend of mine who has traveled all over the country seeing these shows and is crazy about it. I have listened to a piece of a live show on Sirius and it just wasn't that great.

and THAT is why his music is so popular to so many folks. It's not because a lot of it is particularly deep, it's because people like the kind of mood or state of mind it puts them in.

Huge fan here! More or less the soundtrack to my life. There is nothing like tying one on and listening to Buffett dreaming about traveling the world.

In my younger day's Buffet was about all the folks I hung out with listened to, we would head to the river or the underwater bridge over in Coosa co. and live the redneck Buffet life for the weekend, when I listen to him now it brings back those memories, we had some great times back then!!

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

I think he sucks. Not a fan and I’ve never understood the whole deal. Zac Brown ruined a good song by having him in it.

Five 'O Clock Somewhere with Alan Jackson is one of my all time favorites. I don't care much for Zac Brown.

I have been to 3 Buffett concerts. We even had backstage passes given out to us by Mac Macanally when Buffett was in Huntsville about three years ago. We were second row, dead center stage. It was a pretty good show. I'm not a Parrothead at all, but we had a good time.

If you get a chance and have access to HBO online, watch the Nashville episode of Sonic Highways. The series is about the Foo Fighters recording one of their recent albums. Every song was done in a different city and with a different artist. In the Nashville episode they recorded with ZBB at Zac's studio. I had a new found respect for the ZBB after watching it.

Dave also produced an EP for them that was good, including Day for the Dead

Dave Grohl, talented musician, is also a freaking jerk hisownself, Pissed me off.,,,,Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl called President Trump a “massive jerk” and said he was “ashamed of our president.”
Grohl, 49, told British GQ that he felt the American dream was “broken” and said he felt “apologetic” for Trump when he traveled to other countries.
“The American dream was still tangible, still desirable. Today, the American dream is broken,” Grohl told GQ.F U Grohl

Oh no! A famous musician dislikes the president! Boohoo!

He's entitled to a political opinion just like me and you, whether you agree with it or not. That's America. And he actually has a huge reputation for being one of the friendliest, nicest, most down to earth people in the music industry.

...give me a break.
