Damn shame. Praying for the families of the victims.
The victims of a lunatic and the policy’s that keep the majority of Americans from protecting themselves while at work when providing a profit margin for the same ones that put in place the policy that got them killed. Doesn’t make sense.
In my experience, those company policies are all about plausible deniability. The management won't discourage you from carrying, but if you should have to use your weapon they can run away from any liability and hide behind the "company policy".
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.
