congrats Nick, thats a fine fish. If ya want to get it mounted, Joel Stone paints the very best I ever saw. He told me he won’t do them anymore. I’ve got a 30 pounder that he mounted for me. I’ve got this fish in the freezer and if i don’t catch a 40 pounder by the end of summer I’m going to try to mount it myself and try to talk Joel into letting me pay him to teach me to paint stripers seems he was using a fella from Pell City/Riverside to do most of his fish mounts several years ago, did a good job. Then Joel was painting them. Damn shame he ain't doing em anymore. I wanted to get a Rug made out of a huge Raccoon my son killed. He wouldn't touch it. He must be getting out of the business. He was definitely good at what he did/does, but I wont be back to Leeds.
