I love beef ribs but I always cook them on the grill, just wondering if anyone has cooked them on a smoker and how they turned out.

I have smoked them. I like them alot. I just use salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.

I smoke them all the time on my egg. They are great, almost like brisket on a stick.
