I don't know if the trail GUyS and Dolls is still around. They caught a couple several years ago on Eufaula. There are many forms of cheating. Their crime was the guy caught a big bass. It wasn't big enough to win men's big bass. The woman falsified and claimed she caught it. She won women's big bass. The problem was she failed polygraph twice. Finally, she broke and told the truth. they gave them 15 mins to leave before they informed the rest of the crowd. They were banned. Another way people cheat is pooling fish. Two guys enter the tournament. Another boat or two fish too. They meet later and all heavy fish are transferred to the tournament boat. I've heard of guys practicing during off limits. There was the guy fishing FLW. He was winning big bass almost every tournament. Hell he caught 6 pounders on back to back days in Mobile. I can tell you a six pounder in Mobile is rare as hell. He was set up and finally got caught. His brother would get under a preselected dock, he'd fish it with a crazy colored worm. His brother would take a fish out of a cage and put it on the weird colored worm. They caught his brother climbing on a pontoon boat several docks away after he left. I think that guy made over $250 K off FLW. He was banned, never prosecuted. He was from Ga. He can't go near a ramp now without death threats. It happens at every level, crooks will find a way to cheat and steal.
