real estate companies can be hard to deal with im sure alot of people could deal with it but alot of companies want them to have $500k-$1mil in liability and work comp. i deal with it all the time when we have to sub out work its hard to find small operations in alabama that have the work comp since its not a legal requirement unless you have more than 5 employees. Id deal with it myself hire my own guy and send them the bill deducted from my rent the next month.
