That is a get your ass here right now issue... Yep. If momma coon happens to chew through the ceiling and end up in the same room with y'all, she's going to be PISSED!! A fellow I know, that owns an animal removal service, has a story about an animal loving woman that had coons get in her attic. All it took was for them to end up in her bedroom, the same time she was there, for her to NOT care if they live or died anymore.

They also claim there isn't anyone local that will deal with them, which is a load of crap. First guy came from AL and the next person is supposedly coming from LA.

real estate companies can be hard to deal with im sure alot of people could deal with it but alot of companies want them to have $500k-$1mil in liability and work comp. i deal with it all the time when we have to sub out work its hard to find small operations in alabama that have the work comp since its not a legal requirement unless you have more than 5 employees. Id deal with it myself hire my own guy and send them the bill deducted from my rent the next month.

Set off a bug bomb in the hole she made, then put some poly sheeting and duct tape over the hole. That aughta run em out of the joists.
Hell, it ain’t your house. Move out when your lease is up, and they won’t find the bug bomb in there for at least 6 months after you move out.
