The video won't play on my phone, so I haven't seen it. But, from reading the article, and the comments here, he is supposed to be the adult. Not just any adult, but an adult that has been trained to deal with stressful situations and disrespectful people. Unless he is being physically attacked he has no right to act like what I've read. Even then, his training should give him the ability to restrain her.
