This has nothing to do with carpentry but we were negotiating a mineral lease on our property one day and we were going back and forth with the lease hound. I had him at $3k+1/4 an acre. My uncle stood up and told the guy that if he wouldn't give him 1/5 he wasn't signing. The lease hound jump on that. I cut that chit short and had to sit and explain to my old uncle that 1/4 was a larger amount then 1/5. We had a good laugh after all was said and done.
