A circular saw is way thicker than 1/32. You’re just fooling yourself if you’re trying to be that accurate.
My first thought.
I can almost routinely cut along the edge of a fine point pen mark and leave half the line without getting off the line across a full 4' wide sheet with a skillsaw. I'd say that is about a 32nd tolerance, maybe less.
