No excuse for getting caught with anything. All they have to do is go thru the team doctor to get whatever they need. The team doctors know what is allowed and what isn't. I would have written in their contract that they are not to take as much as an aspirin without getting it cleared by the team MD first. No excuses for a failed test then. You fail, you don't get paid for the time you miss, simple as that. He won't get paid; he is going to loose about a $1million Unless it gets overturned on appeal. I propose doing away with any questions. You don't get it cleared from the Doc, no pay, period even if an appeal overturns it. In other words, make them get it cleared first.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
