what a pos. will he face any legal consequences?
I’m pretty sure those two good ole boys on Guntersville a couple years ago got felonies and did some time. It’s flat out stealing. No difference at all to me.
No. No consequences except that hopefully people keep him out of tournaments. He never cheated because he never entered or weighed the fish.
They should have marked his fish and let him weigh in or something. If you follow em around enough they eventually get the message and vanish or move to another lake.
They did get charged. They were found guilty, given a years probation and jail time, but they appealed. Later, the one that was a member here admitted to it, and served his probation. He called everyone he fished against and apologized and has even donated things to the tournament to give away (still doesn't make it right) The other guy still hasn't gone back to court.
