First. What charges would she be facing? Speaking her mind? I think the word you meant was consequences. The government can't charge her for anything. 1st amendment. However, her employer can show her the consequences of her words. She's not protected from them. She should have been fired. Primarily because someone like that should NEVER be tasked with teaching students of any kind. I'm not speaking of her political leanings. I'm talking about her language, vulgarity, arrogance to mention her employer in her diatribe. She's a disgusting human and should never be tasked with teaching youth.
