Look at it this way only the law abiding hunters are going to comply with GC anyway so it doesn't matter if it's 1 or 5 a yr. limit. He' gonna get what he wants if he can sway the right people. It's like the shortened doe season in Limestone County I see 15-20 does a sit when I hunt Jackson I may see 1 doe a sit if lucky. I believed the right people swayed him in Limestone region.
If I read your post correctly , you are the exception in both counties. Many say they can't see deer in Limestone and they're behind every tree in Jackson.
