I have 3 more to go, but only have to eat at one of them. They requested I bring hot wings so now I have to get up and grill in the morning.

Tonight I had a salad with 1/2 cup grilled chicken, cucumbers, slaw and a small amount of ranch dressing.
For breakfast I will 3 eggs and 1 slice of wheat toast(dry).
Lunch will be Turkey, 1/2 cup dressing, steamed vegetables.
Supper will the same.
10 lbs to go !

Good for you for sticking to your diet. I didn't gain any at Thanksgiving and I haven't eat as much at christmas so far as I did then. I am goign to try and lose about 20 more pounds after the first of the year and get back down to my fighting weight again.

Very random concoction of foods but sounds good to me. Not sure what some of it even is but her cooking aint killed me yet so I'll eat it.
