Here's what I've done. I'd tell them to go make a donation to Hospice in memory of a relative, $100-$200 depending on my mood and I won't prosecute. I'd tell them next time they get to see Judge Grider, no donation. Hospice loved me! Everyone did the donation exept one. I swore out a warrant and the GW delivered it. GW asked him why he didn't do the donation. He said a lawyer told him not to, GW told him he got some bad legal advice. Cost him more than $200.
I never caught a repeat offender.
