Looks like a full moon setting in the early morning of opening day of bow season. Just curious to get the thoughts you all. I am so ready, I hope to be snoozing in my climber about 45 minutes before daylight dreaming of "freak nasty". Of course with my trusted alarm set on vibrate to wake me up 15 - 20 minutes before shooting light.

Put in for a vacation and plan on climbing the same tree I've climbed the past two years.

I will be up a tree in Kentucky on the 16th.. Won't hunt AL until the following weekend. Planting late won't hurt this year.. Plus, I have alot of oak trees that will be dropping on one property that I will be hunting and the persimmon trees won't be fully ripe until around the first of Nov.. so I have time.....

One of my lease's got planted the Saturday before labor day...The other we are planting the 20th. Realing itching to get in the woods and breathe that cool crisp morning air. Just something about it that calms the nerves and makes all the stress melt away.

3 weeks and I will be in Miss. hunting some corn fields, man I am pumped! I will probably hunt til 10:30 - 11:00 around some acorns in alabama opening weekend. I have seen a lot of deer around 10:00 in the morning during full moons.
