I've got a leather tote made by a friend in Starkville, MS and I really like it. I have something similar to tendonitis in my elbow (called golfers elbow opposed to tennis elbow... and I don't even golf) so gripping something and keeping arm bent for long period of time is killer on my arms. This strap is long enough that I noose the bird's head and throw it on my shoulder and can hold the strap at a comfortable 90deg bend in my arm to my side... I'm probably not describing it righ, he's got an ebay and facebook page called Cane Cutter Game Calls if you want to look at an option different than paracord.
