If he was to get the tenth penalty he could spend along time in prison before they ever execute him with all the appeals. It will cost the taxpayers a lot of$$$ either way. It would be a lot easier to go back to the old ways especially monetarily.

What is the tenth penalty? They minimum sentence for murder with a firearm is 20 years. The maximum is life.
