Really think he will do more than 5/5 maybe 10/10 but more like 15/5. Unless he snitches on someone or something big he will do the majority of it.Even when he is eligible for parole the family HAS to PROTEST and keep him locked up. Probably not a lot of money to afford a good lawyer . If he gets convicted Alabama DOC is not in the business of letting murders go. I've seen em rot in prison. If he was to get the tenth penalty he could spend along time in prison before they ever execute him with all the appeals. It will cost the taxpayers a lot of$$$ either way. It would be a lot easier to go back to the old ways especially monetarily. What is the tenth penalty? They minimum sentence for murder with a firearm is 20 years. The maximum is life.
