Change of venue is something that only the criminal defendant can ask for - based on so much pre trial publicity that any potential juror from that country has been tainted with bias.
As far as serving a sentence, once a convict serves one third of their sentence they are eligible for parole.

I usually take down all my game cams by end of February but for the last several years I have left out a few at strategic locations to pick up any trespassers. Luckily I have never had a trespassing problem.
