Serious question, IF he goes to hell, do you think he is there now, or is he resting until judgment day?
The way I understood things is upon death you get welcomed to the streets of gold or cast into the lake of fire. I don't know of any waiting room, transition period or possible hangout scenario.
Perhaps one of our more learned Bible scholars can provide more insight.
As for this becoming a "judgement" post, I really don't care. Hawking made it public that he dismissed any notion of God and outright scoffed. So I have no hesitation in believing he's burning in hell. Maybe not. Maybe he changed before taking his final breath. But if not then he's frying.
