First, check and see if the state legislature has given them (Brantley) the authority to enforce civil law for this particular offense. If not, send it to the State's AG office. Trashing it will mean the AZ company pursuing it as a civil debt. There are no criminal charges involved, but they could make trouble for your credit score. Thanks that is what I will try to do

I've never been to this town and with a reputation I'm going to avoid it.
What is in Brantley? Nothing. It's a pretty, little town. I can see where it can be just a pass-through for people with a lead foot headed to the beaches of Florida. They are kind of psychotic about catching speeders, though.

I usually try to avoid Brantley, if I'm going to my land I go thru Elba, turn at the Bluffs Spring church sign, go to Glenwood, up to Goshen and on across to my land.

I would pay the ticket and move on. They have that car parked in the school zone and have signs up saying photo enforcement or something. Not that I agree with it, but it seems like it wouldn't be worth a few hundred dollars to go to the trouble to fight it.

I've never been to Brantley in me life.
With the reputation it has, that won't change. Matter of fact, due to this, I now know where it is and I will go around it if I'm ever in the area.
Great publicity for them.
