She will probably be sedated at that age for MRI, so prepare yourself for one extremely pissed off child when she first awakes. It gets better after the child has a few of them, but I remember well my 4 y/o and her first couple of sedated MRIs when she woke up. Angry, inconsolable, crying, mean, etc.
