I had a buddy that used to say the same thing about hunting season is only a few months long and went every free minute he could. Problem was he turkey hunted too but his excuse was the season wasn't that long. He also fished but only during the Spring, when he didn't go turkey hunting. He also had to scout for deer and put in his work days. Adding up the time, he was gone a lot more than he thought. One evening he left for the hunting club and, after getting an hour or so down the road, started feeling a little guilty about leaving his wife at home and decided to turn around. Eventhough he had used the excuse that she had him the rest of the year. Long story short. He pulls in the drive to find one of his best friend's truck sitting in the drive. You can guess what he found inside the house. There's no excuse for what she did but it does give you something to think about.
By the way. His grown son has followed in his footsteps and is big an outdoorsman as he ever was. His son's divorce is final in January. I guess he followed little too close in his dad's footsteps.


That is why I am on here. I don't hunt actually....Im just looking out for the hot, lonely house wives! smile
