Lets say Dick's puts 870s on sale. A perfectly legal 20YO wants one and they refuse the sale . Is there a lawsuit there? No different than the queers and the wedding cake baker's lawsuit out west.
Maybe doekiller or someone with a legal understanding will weigh in on this, I am curious as well, and have a 19 year old that needs a new gun.
