I love the footlongs at Steak N Shake.
I don't care for their chili. It has beans in it.

I'm happy to see that at least one other person around here understands chili. We had a chili competition in our office a couple weeks ago and every one of the entrants was bean soup.

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

It's just meat sauce if it doesn't have beans.

I like beans in my chili, but not in my hotdog chili.

there was a store in enterprise when i was young called Cutts that had pretty good chili dogs. That and fries is all they sold (i think). They did so good, they moved out of the decrepit shack into one that was slightly better. Then they built a building in the back. They were famous around here for their dogs. That place is still there, although they serve country cooking now.

Everyone down here in Mobile will tell you The Dew Drop Inn has the best... but it is more of a nostalgia thing than an actual good dog.

The real hotdog aficionados will tell you Al's Hotdogs and Other Fine Foods at Airport/University is the best chili dog in 200 miles of the coast.

I'll have to check it out, Al's, but I think Dew Drop Inn has some fine chili dogs and hamburgers (they also have chili on them), no beans, all you do is order a "hotdog" and you get a toasted bun, dog, chili, kraut, and ketchup. Yumm!! Jes' de' wey I likes 'em!!

Y'all talked me into the Story's super dog for lunch, chocolate shake with it. Brought one for Mom in assisted living, had to put a bib on her to eat it! Best hot dog I've had in a long time.

Am I the only one that has eaten the slaw dogs at Sparky's in Valdosta (Tuscumbia)?
