I guess it does according to the anti corn people. I mean you have to be able to work the latch on the shooting house door. And hell don't even get me started on the skill required to open the plexiglass windows once you get inside. That's some serious Daniel Boone s##t right there that no one in favor of legalizing baiting could ever master. Skills like that are reserved for the killer elite among us.
