I don't think it will die in the Senate this time around. Too many states have legalized hunting over bait all around us and Alabama doesn't benefit at all from keeping out of state hunters from getting the opportunity to hunt over bait like they do in Kentucky, Georgia and Mississippi. Time for Alabama to catch up to the rest of them.
I don't agree with it at all but if they pass as predicted, I guess I will have to learn to live with it. I run a club, and I have considered not allowing it even if it passes but you have to keep members to pay the lease. Decisions will have to be made about planting food plots for sure.
