I'm not joking, and I doubt you are either. If the law is turning a blind eye to it, and a innocent man has already been murdered, the only solution I see is, burn, baby, burn.

Why in the Hell are we paying for license and taxes to fund the DCNR if this is the ‘best’ they can do?? I mean, Damn.....any friggin idiot can sit around and make up new Rules!!!
