I thought there was going to be a "BIG SWEEP" of enforcement after the season went out????? Where the hell are they?

I just feel that it is a WASTE of time........
Ya gotta try. Remember" there's strength in numbers" and" the squeaky wheel gets the grease." Gather up a wagon load of pissed off Wilcox County folks and start squeaking. The next CAB meeting is a great place to start.

Need to plant a bug in the media's ear that the meeting will be controversial and there will be a story. They don't care about civil and calm, but they would be all over an angry crowd demanding justice and action.

I am just curious.....
If we do not have enough GW's to 'cover' each County to Protect and Enforce against such blatant poaching as is happening in this area.....
How on Earth are they going to Protect our deer herd from CWD by enforcing the Transport Laws?
Are we just gonna go the same old 'educate the people' route?
Because that ain't working out real well.........

They don't know squat about what the DCNR is, does or what the CAB is or does, much less care about a hunter who died in a rural county even under mysterious circumstances. The only time I can recall Montgomery news media showing up was for a committee meeting once and, I believe, Alvin Holmes was part of the committee. Dog-and-pony show.

And, herein lies the REAL problem.......
This guy has been in trouble for years. Has been in & out of jail for stealing and vandalizing. He has nothing to lose....so, he does not care. AND, since he has nothing to lose, he also has nothing to pay!!! So, the DCNR is not interested in going to the trouble of prosecuting him. He will never pay and there is no way in Hell he will get a jail sentence in Wilcox County.
