Dang if that don't look like the same guy at my feeder!

I am really beginning to think that the DCNR does not give a rat's azz about it.

And.....they are doing everything they can to prove that my feeling is CORRECT!

It is becomingly increasingly hard to Support them as I have seen absolutely nothing from them except Rules, Regulations and TALK.
Why the Hell should anybody buy a license????
